Untitled Toronto is a new condo development by Reserve Properties and Westdale Properties currently in preconstruction at Yonge Street & Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto. Untitled Toronto has a total of 750 units. The future condo building, located near Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue, will consist of 750 one- to three-bedroom units divided between two towers and a joint-podium.

LOCATION

Untitled will be located at 110 Broadway Ave., one block east of Yonge Street and two blocks north of Eglinton Avenue. Its two towers will share a podium. Reserve chief operating officer Shane Fenton told RENX during a short interview following the presentation the developers acquired the site about three years ago from an undisclosed private group. It’s occupied by low-rise apartment buildings that will be removed to make room for Untitled. This development will be particularly well located in the neighbourhood, boasting a walk score of 88, and an excellent transit score of 87. Residents will be a quick 10-minute walk to the central Yonge and Eglinton strip, packed with dining, drink and shopping options. The perfect weekend day would involve a shopping trip down the strip visiting Winners, Sephora, Mendocino, Indigo and Urban Outfitters, catching a quick movie at the theatre, and fine dining at Grazie or Cibo to name a few. Food enthusiasts will love having a variety of cuisines at their fingertips, from Italian to Korean to Japanese to Vietnamese.

AMENITIES

This development will have plenty of floor space for amenities. There will be 34,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space. Some of the amenities will include but will not be limited to: an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, indoor/outdoor co-work space, state-of-the-art gym, basketball court and rooftop dining with barbecue stations and pizza ovens.
